Getting in contact

There are many reasons why you may wish to get in contact with us. Visit our contact us page to find out what options are available. We have a number of different email addresses for specific enquiries, but also feel free to just pick up the phone for any reason and call us on 028 2564 8011, we'll be happy to talk to you.

How to order

We offer a few different ways to place your order, but we would encourage you to download our Order Form and fill it out. Then you can simply email or post the completed order form.

Alternatively you can email us at orders@takethebiscuit.com detailing you order. State clearly your invoice address and delivery address, your payment method and your order. There is a minimum order of 1 case. Each case contains 12 packs and each pack contains 6 or 8 biscuits depending on the type of biscuit. Please put your account number in the subject line of your email.

If you already have an account with us, this method is useful for making repeat orders. If you have any special requests or questions regarding ordering please call us on 028 2564 8011 and we will be happy to talk to you.

How to make a repeat order

First of all you will need to set up an account with us. Download the Credit Account Application Form and post it to us. We will contact you to confirm your account has been set up. Then simply send us an email at orders@takethebiscuit.com Remember to include your customer number and the words (repeat order) in the subject line of your email . You can also call us with the details of your repeat order and we will set it up on your account.

Ordering Samples

If you are a business, we are happy to offer FREE samples. Please contact us at samples@takethebiscuit.com with your request for a sample or call us. Samples can be made up of a selection of the ranges of biscuits (a mixed case) which will allow you to order smaller quantities of each biscuit range. The minimum order applies.

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order of 1 case per delivery. Each case contains 12 packs. Each pack contains 6 or 8 biscuits depending on the type of biscuit. Remember this case can be made up of a selection of the ranges of biscuits which will allow you to order smaller quantities of each biscuit range.

Prices

There is a guide price for each pack. Cases consist of 12 packs. Prices can be negotiated for bulk orders.

Returns Policy

Take The Biscuit will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in an unusable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered. If your store operates a Sales and Return policy Take The Biscuit are responsible for keeping the goods and presentation in order.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries within Northern Ireland are FREE remembering minimum order applies. For orders outside UK please email enquiries@takethebiscuit.com or call us as we are only too happy to oblige where we can.

Payment methods are noted on the order form which are by:
